For almost 15 years, Ellowyn has been teaching herself basic homesteading skills to provide for her family. A couple holidays ago, an abundance of leftover animal milk and a long giftlist led to her first batch of soap. Through many batches, she refined and developed her craft until she was consistently producing awesome bars of soap. And with that, Foxen Canyon Soap was born. Her beautiful soaps use locally sourced avocado and olive oils, local botanicals, local milk, local beeswax and honey. Ellowyn even renders local lard and tallow herself from sustainable, ethically raised livestock.
