A unique opportunity to shop local this holiday season
San Luis Obispo, CA — SLOcally Made is back at for its second year with the same concept and a different location. The showroom and creative market, SLOcally Made, will be open 11–8 pm on November 30–December 2, December 7–9, and December 13–24 in the former Ian Saude gallery space at 1003 Osos Street in downtown San Luis Obispo.
SLOcally Made’s collective of 20+ local makers have come together to bring form, identity, and purpose to the concept of shopping local this holiday season. The makers have reimagined traditional trades such as leatherwork, embroidery, painting, sewing, metalsmithing, ceramics, and more to curate a unique selection of handcrafted, contemporary, local gifts.
18-day participation makers (November 30–December 2, December 7–9, and December 13–24): Sadie Rogers, Kerry Long, Kendra Aronson, Lauren Butler, Sorcha Ashling, Cindy Sassaman, Nina Gonzalez, Jonathan Wilson, Lindy LaRoche, plus two “Mini Makers”: Brookie Rogers and Gwennie Long. 12-day participation makers (December 13–24): Lindsey Altman, Kelley Wilson, Faith Kenny. Weekend #1 participation makers (November 30–December 2): Candace Oestreich, Jenifer Senor, Benjamin Bartel. Weekend #2 participation makers (December 7–9): Lelaina Gannon and Holly Beals.
