BREANNE BIELAWA baker Breanne bakes sweets that define special moments in our lives and loves to be part of any celebration. If you asked Breanne where her passion began, she would say it all started when she was very young. Born from a long line of Italian bakers, one could almost call it destiny. She went to college full-time and worked three additional jobs to help pay for her education. After all the studying she discovered baking was a great stress relief! Having a passion for baking and then turning it into a business is a dream come true. "There's no better feeling in the world than sharing something I love with others." @seabreezecupcakes / seabreezecupcakes.com

KENDRA ARONSON author Kendra is the vision and voice behind The San Luis Obispo Farmers' Market Cookbook: Simple Seasonal Recipes & Short Stories from the Central Coast of California. Her enthusiasm (and endless energy) made it real—from the writing, recipe testing, and food photography, to the editorial design and self-publishing. Taking her dream from big idea to bound book took creativity and crowdfunding. In July 2015, Kendra launched a Kickstarter campaign and raised $26,714 in pre-order sales. She sold out of her first print run of 2,000 copies in just 20 days. Now in its third print run, Kendra’s cookbook has sold over 8,700 copies. She’s still in awe and grateful to every single supporter. @kendraaronson / slofarmersmarketcookbook.com

KAYLA KING painter Kayla King is an abstract painter living and working in Arroyo Grande, where she grew up. With the sea at her doorstep, her work is largely influenced by water: the motion, the energy, and the sound all playing a large role what is translated to the finished piece. Stories are told in overlapping layers, marks, and seams, creating a visual language that seeks to express a moment or memory suspended in time. King offers something in each of her pieces that are at once dynamic and still, yet generously resonant, suggesting qualities in the artist herself. @kaylakingdesign / kaylakingdesign.com

LELAINA GANNON resin artist I am a self taught resin artist here in San Luis Obispo. Each one of my artworks is a process of layering many colors and textures to create something so incredible and unique. There's more to resin art than just "painting" it's chemical reactions, it's playing fire, it's literally cooking art. Once I taught myself this new way of creating art I became obsessed and before I knew it I had decided to turn my hobby into a small business. @thegannonstudio
